Police release vision of man wanted over vicious Gold Coast attack

POLICE have released vision of a man they are looking for following a vicious assault outside a Gold Coast pub.

Around midnight on December 9, a 19-year-old man was standing with friends outside the pub on Marine Parade when he was approached by two other men he didn’t know.

It’s alleged one of the men then punched the teen, causing him to stumble backwards.

The man then took off his shirt and tried to continue the fight before the rest of the group intervened.

The man was last seen running off along McLean Street.

The victim was left with serious facial injuries and nerve damage to his teeth.
