A SEARCH for an elderly woman missing in Sydney’s north has resumed for its fifth day.
Gaida Coote has been missing since Wednesday 3 December, where it is alleged she drove to the Ku-Ring-Gai Wildflower Garden at St Ives at about 9am.
The 84-year-old grandmothers car was found at the Garden’s car park on Friday 5 December.

The search resumed at 8:30am this morning and will continue to scale a 3km radius from where her car was located.
Mrs Coote is described as being of Caucasian appearance with a thin build and short wavy grey hair.
Anyone with information about Mrs Coote’s whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers immediately.
