Splash into Aquafest at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre

The Gold Coast Aquatic Centre at Southport is throwing a huge party for locals on Saturday 23 June to celebrate its reopening following the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games!

From 10am until 2pm, the venue will be transformed into splash-tastic fun park for Aquafest, with loads of free activities on offer for both kids and adults.

Gold Coasters will be able to let loose on the big splash and inflatable obstacle course, take part in novelty pool races, have a go at the dry dive centre and more.

Fitness lovers can get their #fitspo on and enjoy free group exercise classes on the day, including aqua aerobics, yoga or spin.

There will also be learn to swim assessments, diving and synchronised swimming displays and giveaways too.

Plus, to celebrate the reopening of the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, locals will be able to sign up for gym memberships and swim classes for a fraction of the price, with gym fitness memberships for under $16 per week* and learn to swim classes for $12 per class*.
