Teen injured in shopping centre stabbing

A teenager has ended up in hospital after a stabbing at a Gold Coast shopping centre.

Police were called to Robina Town Centre at around 5.30pm on Thursday afternoon after reports of a fight.

Witnesses say two young males got into an argument before one pulled out a weapon.


The second teen suffered a large wound to his hand.

The injured teen was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

His injuries are not life-threatening.

Police say no arrests have been made and investigations are continuing.
