The renowned dining institution is hitting the road with a brand new food truck that locals can hire out for events.

Director and co-owner of The Collective Palm Beach, Jeremy Davidson, said The Collective Catering truck has been a long time coming.

“We have been working on our fully serviced catering solution for a while now, so we’re thrilled to finally take our food and drink offering on the road for weddings, events and corporate parties,” he said.

“The Collective Palm Beach has always been about creating memories through amazing dining experiences and The Collective Catering is an extension of that. We look forward to working with clients to create incredible events through the versatility of our complete catering solution.”

The Collective Catering will be able to serve up dishes from all five of the popular dining haunts at The Collective Palm Beach; including Luckies Diner, The Italian Job, The Kitchen, Calavera and Umami.

And it wouldn’t be a party without a fully stocked bar and rocking bartender – The Collective Catering team can provide that too – as well as glassware, crockery, cutlery and a service team if required.
