Forget travelling to Paris – starting next month you can enjoy world-class cirque acts and cabaret right in the heart of Broadbeach.
The Pink Flamingo Spiegelclub – an entertainment destination set to open at the former East nightclub site on August 22 – have finally revealed details about their hotly-anticipated debut show.
SUAVÉ is the first show-stopping masterpiece set to take the stage at the new venue, and has been exclusively created by entertainment darling Sue Porrett and renowned choreographer Anthony Ikin.

Ms Porrett said SUAVÉ is a tantalising and outrageous show that audiences will love.
“We have handpicked an elite cast of performers from around the globe especially for The Pink Flamingo Spiegelclub. SUAVÉ will combine a remarkable mix of daring cabaret and cirque artists from every corner of the world including Russia, Mexico, USA, UK and Australia,” she said.
“Think of the fully produced theatre shows you would expect to see in cities such as New York, Las Vegas, Paris and Berlin – The Gold Coast has been asking for this calibre of entertainment, but the wait is over!”
The show will be performed on a state-of-the-art 4 metre diameter stage, with lavish pink surrounds and an impressive 20-metre custom designed LED screen as a backdrop.
The Pink Flamingo Spiegelclub features decadent 1920’s Art Deco styling throughout too, with pink velvet furnishings, geometric light fittings and splashes of metallic gold.
SUAVÉ is on at The Pink Flamingo Spiegelclub from Thursday 22nd August, with multiple shows to be held from Wednesdays – Saturdays each week. Tickets start at $78 per person and include a complimentary grazing platter designed to share.
“The Pink Flamingo Spiegelclub is not a dinner and show concept. We are not a restaurant, but an entertainment destination. We are happy to provide a complimentary grazing platter for our guests to nibble on during the show, however we encourage all our guests to enjoy pre or post dining in some of the spectacular restaurants on offer in the Broadbeach precinct. From the very beginning we announced our aim was to support local Broadbeach restaurants and bars,” Ms Porrett said.
Guests who purchase tickets to attend the show on Fridays and Saturdays, will also get to enjoy entry into The Club, which is on at the venue from 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights. To find out more information, and to book, visit: pinkflamingogoldcoast.com
