The foster mother and brother of murdered Logan schoolgirl Tiahleigh Palmer will be sentenced in July for their roles in the 12-year-old’s murder.
Julene Thorburn, 54, and son Joshua, 20, will face a sentencing hearing at Beenleigh District Court on July 27 on charges of perjury and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
The pair weren’t in court on Thursday but their lawyers have indicated the pair plan to plead guilty.

Tiahleigh was found dead on the banks of the Pimpama River in November 2015, days after she was last seen alive outside her Marsden school.
Her foster father, Rick Thorburn, has been charged with her murder.
The pair’s younger son Trent has been charged with incest as well as perjury and perverting the course of justice.
