TITANS coach Neil Henry says the five Gold Coast players charged with cocaine supply charges are “distraught” amid another scandal on the eve of the 2015 NRL season.

Henry has communicated with suspended Titans Greg Bird, Dave Taylor, Beau Falloon, Kalifa Faifai Loa and Jamie Dowling as the club tries to prepare for a new season with dark clouds hanging over the players’ futures.
“I’ve been in contact with all of our players via text message and they’re certainly in varying degrees of being distraught about the situation,” Henry said.
“It’s only human nature. It is a lot of pressure on the players but they understand the seriousness of the allegations,” Henry said.
“Again they’re bound by their legal representatives not to say too much at this stage.
