BERNARD TOMIC has made a stunning comeback, taking down third seed Kevin Anderson to reach the quarter-finals of the Stockholm Open.
Tomic, who’s had a season full of ups and down, was too good for the South African, winning 7-6 (7-4) 6-4 in less than 90 minutes.
He’ll now face another tricky opponent, meeting seventh-seeded Fernando Verdasco in his quarters clash.

Verdasco, who eliminated Australia’s Marinko Matosevic in the opening round, overpowered Jarkko Nieminen in their second round matchup.
