THE MAN accused of the murder of a New Zealand woman after she fell to her death from a Surfers Paradise balcony, has sacked his legal team.
Gable Tostee has dumped the former police prosecutor previously representing him in favour of a prominent civil liberties lawyer, according to the Courier Mail.
Tostee was charged with the murder of Warriena Wright on August 8, following her fatal fall from his 14th-floor apartment, and has been behind bars ever since.

It’s reported that Tostee is now being represented by Terry O’Gorman, who publically slammed evidence that was released to the media before his court date.
Extensive details of recordings, taped during the night of Ms Wright’s death, were made public ahead of a Supreme Court bail hearing last month.
Tostee’s bail application was adjourned following revelations of his autism diagnosis.
