Police have charged a man and woman over a shooting at a popular Sydney restaurant last month.
Diners were forced to duck for cover and flee Criniti’s at Darling Harbour around 9pm on Saturday, September 15 after a shot rang out.
Nobody was injured in the incident.

Following an investigation, officers from the Tactical Operations Unit raided a hotel room on Church St at Parramatta around 3.30am this morning arresting a 36-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman.
The man was charged with numerous offences including firearm in or near public place, fire firearm at other than dwelling disregarding safety. possess loaded firearm in a public place and use unauthorised prohibited firearm.
The woman was charged with fire firearm at other than dwelling disregarding safety.
Both were refused bail and are due to appear in the Parramatta Bail Court today.
