Two men charged after alleged stabbing in Brisbane

Queensland Police have charged a Gold Coast man and Brisbane man after a woman was allegedly stabbing a woman in East Brisbane.

The woman, 46, was allegedly attacked yesterday afternoon and was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Another woman who lived in another unit said she heard arguments in the room on Pott Street before the incident occurred.


A 32-year-old Surfers Paradise man has been charged with one count of enter premises with intent and is expected to appear at the Brisbane Magistrates Court on September 19.

A 25-year-old Woolloongabba man has been charged with enter dwelling with intent, wounding, possession of a controlled drug and a drug utensil.

He’ll also front court.
