TWO more alleged members of the so-called Mexican Hoon Cartel have been arrested following additional police raids on the Gold Coast.
Officers from the city’s Rapid Action Patrol squad stormed a house on Ron Penhaligon Way at Robina on Thursday and arrested a 23-year-old man for contravening a court order and receiving stolen property.
A 19-year-old woman was also arrested at her workplace, also in Robina, and charged over a traffic incident that allegedly occurred in Mudgeeraba on New Year’s Day.

The woman has since been charged with grievous bodily harm, stalking, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and fail to remain at the scene of traffic incident.
Both the man and woman will appear in Southport Magistrates Court at the end of the month.
Today’s police action follows the arrest of two other alleged members of the ‘Mexican Hoon Cartel’ in a raid at Gilston on Tuesday.
The Cartel boasts about their hooning online, posting videos of their crimes on social media.
Police pounced on the group this week after fed-up residents tipped them off to the dangerous activities.
