THREE adults, including two women, have today been charged over the horrific physical abuse and torture of a four-year-old boy in New South Wales.
Earlier this year, on Monday May 26, a four-year-old boy was taken to Westmead Children’s Hospital with numerous injuries consistent to having been savagely beaten.
He was suffering from brain haemorrhages, multiple bone fractures, a broken tooth and severe bruising all over his body.

Police were notified and immediately launched an investigation.
Yesterday, detectives from the Child Abuse Squad’s Penrith office arrested two women, aged 36 and 28, and a 26-year-old man at a property at Doonside in Sydney’s west.
Police allege the four-year-old boy was subjected to ongoing and systematic physical abuse while in the care of the three adults.
The trio have subsequently each been charged with assault occasioning grievous bodily harm (reckless) and conceal serious offence.
All three have been refused bail and are currently before the courts.
The boy is still recovering from his injuries.
