WATCH: Pair charged after police uncover Logan ‘grow house’

A man and woman have been charged with a string of drug-related offences after police uncovered a stash of drugs and utensils at a home in Logan.

Detectives executed a search warrant on the Champney Court property in Cedar Vale around 10.00am on Tuesday, July 14.

During the raid, they allegedly found 22 cannabis plants along with multiple drug-related items including heat lamps and transformers.

More than $2,000 in cash was also seized after being found at the home.

A 28-year-old man has been charged with one count each of possessing dangerous drugs, producing dangerous drugs, possessing utensils and possessing relevant substances.

He’s due to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on 25 September.

While a 29-year-old woman has been charged with one count of permitting use of place and is due in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on 24 September.
