ARMED police have taken-out a stolen car full of alleged crooks in spectacular style in Sydney.
Two police officers were injured and four police vehicles were damaged in the incident, which played out in a lane-way at Alexandria just after 5.30pm on Wednesday.
In a statement, NSW Police said the drama began when officers intercepted and blocked in a stolen silver Mercedes AMG on Euston Lane, near Maddox Street.

Security cameras captured the moment driver rammed several police cars, injuring two officers, in a desperate attempt to escape.
A female officer sustained head injuries while a male officer sustained lacerations to his arms and legs.
The four occupants of the Mercedes – a man and three teenage boys – were eventually dragged from the stolen Mercedes and arrested.
The three teenagers were taken to Newtown Police Station for questioning, while the 20-year-old man was taken to Redfern Police Station.
It’s understood the stolen Mercedes was linked to a string of alleged robberies in Sydney’s CBD.
