The adorable Heathrow Airport bears are back and melting hearts around the globe with another tearjerker of a Christmas ad.
Set to the 80’s classic of Paul Young’s Everytime You Go Away, the beautiful ad centres around fluffy bear couple Doris and Edward Bair as they return to the UK from their Florida home after longing for the quintessential British Christmas.
The ad opens with Edward soaking up the rays on a lilo, wearing festive swimming shorts and applying layers of tanning oil.

But after hearing the sound of carols, speaking to family and seeing images of home, The Bairs soon realise that Christmas in the sunshine is just not the same and they begin to make the journey home to their loved ones.
“For many people, being close to the ones we love is what really makes Christmas special,” Ross Baker, Heathrow’s Chief Commercial Officer said of the ad.
“The nation’s love for Doris and Edward is overwhelming and has been since we first met them in 2016,” he said.
“This is why we see the Bairs return to their family from warmer climes, as many of Heathrow’s passengers make similar journeys home for the festive season.”
The super sweet video, which has already been viewed more than 1 million times, has quickly become one of the most adored Christmas advertisements of the season.
Doris and Edward Bair have starred in Heathrow Airport’s heartwarming Christmas TV adverts for the last two years.
