The Titans Community Kick-In kicked off on Sunday, with the local rugby league side calling on Gold Coasters to donate.
The fundraising initiative will deliver much-needed assistance to the people of the Gold Coast that need it the most, including local schools, clubs, charities, programs and community organisations funded by the Titan Community Foundation.
One of the beneficiaries of the campaign will be the Titans Physical Disabilities Rugby League (PDRL) team, which is comprised of players who are challenged with a wide range of physical and mental disabilities.

Manager for the Titans PDRL team, Callum Mitchener, said the opportunity to play in the team has opened up a whole new world for many League loving locals.
“Some of these guys have major disabilities – amputees, cerebral palsy, brain injuries – and they were never really allowed to throw the footy around or play rugby league, especially tackle rugby league,” he said.
