WATCH: What to expect at this year’s Gold Coast Show

Mermaids, unicorns and woodchoppers are just some of the interesting things you will see at this year’s Gold Coast Show.

For the first time ever, the annual family-friendly event will be staged across two locations – The Broadwater Parklands and Owen Park in Southport – and is FREE to attend.

Entertainment Manager Monique Whiffin told myGC there was something on offer for everyone at this year’s show.

“We’ve got an action packed entertainment program – there will be mermaids, unicorn rides, jetpacks, jetski rides, and all of your show favourites,” she said.

“At Owen Park, we are also bringing the much loved equestrian back this year. There will also be cattle judging, a dog show, and an animal park.”

“This year the Gold Coast Show is free to attend and we are hoping to attract more families who can spend more time at the show.”
