After his mum was attacked and killed by a cat, Ringo the baby ringtail possum has found himself in the care of the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital.
Veterinary Nurse Renee Lowery told myGC the baby possum was only 80 grams when he was admitted to the hospital, and required feeding every 4 hours.
“It’s around the clock work looking after Ringo,” she said. “We need to provide milk and cut leaf for him everyday.”
