A WOMAN has been charged and will face court today over the attempted murder of two young siblings.
The 58-year-old woman, believed to be the grandmother of the victims, was arrested yesterday and charged with four counts of attempted murder and one count of arson.
It is alleged two young boys, aged 9 and 11 were deliberately trapped in a fire that was set at a house in Morayfield, Brisbane in February this year before they managed to escape.

Police are also investigating the alleged murders of a three-year-old boy in July 2013 and his seven-month-old brother at the same property in September this year.
The woman is due to appear via telephone link at Maroochydore Magistrates Court on the Sunshine Coast today.
Investigations are continuing.
