A WOMAN has been rushed hospital after being stabbed, allegedly by her partner at a home in Sydney’s north.
Emergency services were called to the couple’s home on Elliot Ave in East Ryde shortly before 2am on Wednesday.
Police and paramedics arrived at the house to find a 50-year-old woman had been stabbed in the chest.

The incident is believed to have been domestic violence-related, police said.
The injured woman was taken to the Royal North Shore Hospital for treatment.
A 53-year-old man, believed to be her partner, was arrested at the home and taken to Ryde Police Station.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and are yet to lay any charges.
