NEW York’s World Trade Center has re-opened for business, 13 years after the original towers were destroyed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Publishing giant Conde Nast has begun to move some employees into the building, which has been renamed as One World Trade Center.
The $3.8bn skyscraper is 104-storeys and is now the tallest building in the United States.

An observation deck at the top of the building will also eventually open to the public.
