12 alleged crystal meth dealers arrested, charged and refused bail in NSW

Twelve alleged meth dealers have been arrested following a series of simultaneous police raids in Sydney’s west.

Officers from Strike Force Glenwari executed six search warrants in St Marys, Kellyville, Fairfield East and West Hoxton just before 8pm last night.

During the searches, police allegedly located large quantities of methamphetamine and cash.

Nine men and three women accused of being involved in the distribution and sale of commercial quantities of methamphetamine were arrested.

A 32-year-old man was arrested at a house in Kellyville. He was charged with knowingly directing activities of a criminal group and supplying a prohibited drug (ongoing).

A 27-year-old man arrested at a house in Hoxton Park was charged with knowingly partake in criminal group, supply prohibited drug (ongoing), possess prohibited drug and deal in proceeds of crime.

A 26-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were arrested during a search of a house in Fairfield West and each charged with knowingly directing activities of a criminal group and supplying a prohibited drug (ongoing).

Two 21-year-old men who were arrested at a house in Oxley Park were each charged with knowingly directing an organized criminal group, supplying a prohibited drug (ongoing) and supplying a prohibited drug (commercial).

Two women aged 19 and 20 were also arrested and charged with knowingly participate in criminal group and supply prohibited drug.

Four others, three men aged 20, 22 and 25, along with a 24-year-old woman were all charged with knowingly participating in a criminal group and supplying a prohibited drug (ongoing).

All 12 people were refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court today.
