A 12-year-old boy has been charged with severely injuring a motorbike rider in a shocking ‘clothesline’ attack in Perth’s CBD.
On Thursday Decemeber 17, a 19-year-old man was knocked off his motorbike when he rode into a rope which had been tied across Wellington Street, near Perth railway station.
The rider suffered serious rope burns to his neck and was reportedly also hit over the head with a glass bottle once he took his helmet off.

A Bayswater child has been charged with wounding and will face court today.
