15yo the second person charged over Gold Coast bus stop assault
Police have confirmed they’ve charged a 15-year-old boy over the brutal bus stop assault of a man in Helensvale last week.
A 43-year-old was allegedly thrown onto the concrete at a stop out the front of Westfield Helensvale, before another person then stomped on his head.
A witness caught the whole attack on camera, which was handed over to police.
Yesterday, a 20-year-old fronted court charged with grievous bodily harm, where he was granted bail.
While this morning, a 15-year-old was also arrested and charged with grievous bodily harm over the matter.
He will be dealt with under the Youth Justice Act.
