A man has been caught driving more than five times over the legal alcohol limit with a child in the car after crashing in Sydney.
Police said that just after 7.00pm last night, a 42-year-old man was driving a Ford Mondeo along Forest Road at Penshurst, when he struck a Toyota Echo from behind.
The 42-year-old man underwent a roadside breath test where he allegedly returned a positive result.

He was arrested and taken to Kogarah Police Station where a breath analysis returned a reading of 0.272.
The man was charged with drive with high range PCA and drive motor vehicle – not carry licence.
His licence was also suspended.
Luckily, there were no injuries as a result of the crash.
