A 22-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Gold Coast father Greg Dufty.
It’s understood the young man was initially charged in August 2016, however the charges were dropped earlier this year after a court found there was not enough evidence.
Police confirmed that yesterday they issued the man with a notice to appear in Southport Magistrates Court on Monday December 18.
