TWO people have been airlifted to hospital following a horror head-on crash on the NSW Mid North Coast.
The two-car crash occurred on the Lansdowne Road at Cundletown just after 8pm last night.
Emergency services arrived at the scene to find a Toyota utility had collided head-on with a Volkswagen Golf.

A man and a woman who were travelling in the Toyota were treated by paramedics at the scene before they were transported by ambulance to the Port Macquarie Hospital. They’re in a stable condition.
A man and a woman who were travelling in the Volkswagen suffered more serious injuries. They were airlifted to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Police from the Mid North Coast Crash Investigation Unit are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
