Five men have been charged after they stormed a home at Ormeau on the Gold Coast yesterday, terrorising the residents inside.
Police said that around 2.40pm, officers were called to a home on Jonquil Street following reports of a disturbance.
It’s alleged several cars had rocked up to the property and a number of men had entered the home. As a result, a mass brawl broke out.

Four men were taken to the Gold Coast University hospital for treatment to non-life-threatening wounds.
Following ongoing investigations, a 25-year-old and a 24-year old man both from Pimpama, a 27-year-old Oxenford man and two Clagiraba men aged 29 and 31 have all been each charged with one count of grievous bodily harm and three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm.
All of the men are due to face Southport Magistrates Court today.
