Adam Whittington released from Beirut prison
Adam Whittington has been released from prison in Beirut after being granted bail over the 60 Minutes child abduction case.
Whittington spent more than three months behind bars after being charged with the kidnapping of two children.
He was part of a child recovery team hired to help Brisbane mother Sally Faulkner take her children from estranged partner Ali Emaine.
His lawyer released a statement on his behalf – you can listen to the audio in the video below:

Whittington will reunite with his family in Sweden before coming back to Australia.
