ALERT: Ground cinnamon recalled over ‘microbial contamination’

A popular organic ground cinnamon has been recalled over fears of microbial contamination.

The affected cinnamon has been available for sale at IGA’s, FoodWorks, independent and organic grocery stores and their online retailers in QLD, NSW and VIC.

The Australia New Zealand Food Standards website says the recalled cinnamon comes in a 150g packet and has a Best Before date of 20/07/20.
