A man has had his licence suspended on the spot after losing control of his car in Sydney’s west.
The driver told police he was reversing down his driveway in Granary Circuit, Werrington Downs, about 7.10pm on Friday when things went pear-shaped.
The car charged through several of his neighbours’ front yards, damaging retaining walls and fences.

The 32-year-old was taken to the local police station where he allegedly returned a reading of 0.308 – more than six-times the legal blood-alcohol limit.
He has been charged with high-range PCA to appear in Penrith Local Court on Monday 12 June.
