A MAN has been charged after allegedly filming another man using a public toilet in regional NSW.
The 44-year-old is accused of peeping over the wall of a cubicle at a public toilet block on Union Street at Corndale, near Lismore and filming the man as he went to the toilet on Thursday, March 8.
The man spotted the alleged pervert and called police who arrived and detained the man before allegedly finding multiple images of people using public toilets on his mobile phone.

Following investigations, the 44-year-old was this morning arrested at a house in Corndale and taken to Lismore Police Station for questioning.
He has since been charged with committing an act of indecency and two counts of filming a person in a private act without consent.
He was refused bail and is expected to appear in Lismore Local Court tomorrow.
