Alleged stolen car smashes into QLD home, seven teens arrested

Seven teenagers have been arrested following a dramatic three-hour-long alleged stolen car chase this morning.

Shortly after 9am, police were alerted to a stolen BMW being “driven dangerously” near Blackbutt in the South Burnett Region.

Police choppers followed the vehicle all the way to the Oxley area, where it eventually came to a shocking halt after the vehicle smashed into a home along Oxley Station Road just after midday.

Seven teenagers were arrested by police at the scene and taken to hospital for assessment.

An occupant of the property was also taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are urging anyone with further information about the incident to contact police.

Investigations are continuing.
