Andy Murray claims second Wimbledon title

Andy Murray has defeated Milos Raonic to claim the Wimbledon title for a second time.

The British tennis star claimed victory after beating Canadian Raonic in straight sets (6-4, 7-6, 7-6).

The emotional 29-year-old said it felt good to have his hands back on the trophy.

“I’ve had some great moments here and some tough losses and I’m proud to have my hands on the trophy again.

Following the win at the All England Club in London, Murray snapped an image of himself bathing in an ice bath, showing off the golden trophy.

“Holding this bad boy makes the ice bath that little bit more bearable,” he wrote.

Murray defeated Djokovic to claim the Wimbledon title in 2013.
