New South Wales authorities have announced that another passenger from the Ruby Princess cruise ship has passed away yesterday.
The 81-year-old woman passed away during yesterday’s reporting period, with NSW Health confirming she was a passenger.
The Ruby Princess docked almost two months ago, on March 19.

It comes as New South Wales records another six cases of the virus overnight, with three of those cases suspected of being from community transmission.
There have now been 47 deaths overall within the state, with the latest death the 22nd from the Ruby Princess cruise ship.
Australia’s death toll has now reached 98, though there has been some confusion over the official figure, due to a couple of deaths at a Sydney aged care facility, that weren’t directly due to coronavirus.
