Another Titan set for debut in local derby showdown

Gold Coasters could soon have another Titan to cheer on, with Herman Ese’ese in line to make his club debut in this weekend’s local derby clash with the Broncos.

Ese’ese has been named in Justin Holbrook’s 17, meaning he could line up in Titans colours for the first time on Friday night.

The 26-year-old replaces the injured Sam Lisone, with star winger Anthony Don the other inclusion for the round eight clash.

Holbrook has made a number of changes to the squad due to several injuries suffered in last week’s clash against the Rabbitohs.

Phillip Sami moves back to the centres to replace the injured Patrick Herbert, while Sam McIntyre will make his second appearance for the club after a stellar game last week.

Beau Fermor is also continuing to push for selection and has been named as 18th man after scoring a hat-trick for the Burleigh Bears in their Anzac Day clash with the PNG Hunters.

The Gold Coast Titans and Brisbane Broncos will do battle at Suncorp Stadium at 7.55pm this Friday, April 30.
