Adelaide Archbishop Philip Wilson has been handed a 12 month sentence for concealing child sex abuse.
The 67-year-old was sentenced in Newcastle’s Magistrates Court on Tuesday after being found guilty in May.
It’s understood the child abuse that Wilson covered up was committed by Priest Jim Fletcher in the Hunter Valley in the 1970s.
