“One woman, a resident, was assassinated,” a local official told Reuters.
“The security forces have evacuated the residents, about 60, who are safe and sound.”
There are unconfirmed reports a second body was also found inside the building.
A major manhunt is now underway to locate the suspect who is believed to have fled the scene before security forces arrived.
Details remain sketchy at this stage, however, early reports suggest the incident is not terror-related.
