UPDATE 9AM: A man is in Police custody after a four-hour stand-off closed part of Brisbane’s north.
The siege, at a unit complex on Newmarket Road in Windsor, ended peacefully.
All roads have now been reopened.

EARLIER: Part of a Brisbane suburb is in lockdown as Police talk to a man who has barricaded himself inside a unit.
Officers were called to the Windsor property around 4am on Sunday following a noise complaint.
The man, who is thought to be armed with a gun and a knife, is refusing to leave the unit on Newmarket Road.
No one else is inside.
An emergency situation has been declared, under the Public Safety Preservation Act, with an exclusion zone (pictured) established.
It is bounded by Newmarket Road and Green Terrace to Nicholas Street, Lutwytche Road South, north to Eildon Road, west to the corner of Prospect Road and Cox Road and south to Newmarket Road.
Police remain on the scene as negotiators attempt to speak to the man.
