Armed robbers target Moreton Bay convenience store

Two men armed with a knife have held up a convenience store in Moreton Bay on Tuesday evening.

The pair, dressed in black, walked into the Bray Park store on Sovereign Avenue at around 8.45PM.

One threatened the man on duty with a knife and demanded money.


The staff member gave them some cash, and watched them leave.

No one was injured during the robbery.

One of the men is described as being around 185cm tall with a slim build and was wearing long dark pants, a dark hooded zip-up jumper and a mask with a printed graphic on the front.

The second man is described as being around 185cm tall with a muscular build and was wearing long dark pants, a dark jumper and a dark coloured beanie.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen the men to contact Policelink or Crime Stoppers.
