Armed robbery at Woodridge service station

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a service station in the Logan area.

Two men, one armed with a baseball bat, the other a handgun, forced their way into the business on the corner of Compton Road and North Road in Woodridge around 1:15am.

The pair demanded money from a worker before fleeing with cash in a blue Subaru Impreza driven by a third person.

The robbery is believed to be linked to a several other robberies committed by three men across South Brisbane and Logan this week.
