At least 19 killed in mass shooting at Crimea college

At least 19 people have been killed and dozens more wonded after a student opened fire at a technical college in Russian-annexed Crimea.

Russian investigators say 18-year-old student, Vladislav Roslyakov, turned up to the college in Kerch on Wednesday armed with a gun.

He then began shooting fellow pupils, many of them teenagers, before turning the gun on himself.

There are also reports from witnesses that there was at least one blast caused by an unidentified explosive device before the shooting began.

Thirty-nine people remain in hospital after the attack.
