Attention parents: Various prams, portable cots recalled over safety fears

A number of prams, strollers and a portable cot have been recalled over safety fears.

A notice posted on the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website says the BOB pram, Britax Pram, Graco Pram, Dream on Me pram and Graco portable cots have been pulled from sale because they “do not comply with the mandatory standard for safety instructions and labelling requirements”.

“If the products do not have the required safety features and warning labelling they may not be used correctly, posing a risk of injury to the occupant,” the notice reads.

They were available for sale from 1 January 2017 – 21 May 2017.

Customers have been told to stop using the product immediately and return it to Paul’s USA Direct Outlet Rockdale for a full refund.
