At least one Australian is confirmed to have been injured following a wave of targeted terrorist attacks in Paris.
9News.com.au reports Emma Parkinson, a 19-year-old woman from Hobart, was at the Bataclan theatre when gunman opened fire, killing at least 78 people.

The teenager is reportedly recovering in a Paris hospital. Her condition is unknown.
Foreign Minister Julie Bishop says: “I am aware of an Australian who has been injured in the Paris attacks and we are providing consular assistance.”
It comes after French officials revised the death toll down from 140 to at least 120 killed, with upwards of 200 more said to have injured, 80 of them seriously.
