The band is back together, baby!
Aussie Rockers Cold Chisel have today announced a massive outdoor summer tour, with Barnesy himself even declaring it may just be their last.
Jimmy Barnes, Ian Moss, Phil Small and Don Walker, unveiled their Blood Moon 2020 tour at a press conference at Sydney’s Bondi Pavilion on Wednesday afternoon.

“We’ve toured four times really together since 1983 and I couldn’t see us getting around to doing this again,” Barnes told the crowd.
“I think if the fans come they’re going to pleased, and I think if they miss it they’re going to be really f****** sorry.”
It will be only the fifth national tour for the iconic Australian band since their legendary Last Stand way back in 1983.
The tour will see the rockers perform 14 outdoor shows in Australia and New Zealand, kicking off with a New Years Eve concert in Fremantle and a New Years Day concert in Busselton, Western Australia.
They’ll then head to Adelaide in South Australia before performing three concerts in Victoria’s Rutherglen, Yarra Valley and Geelong before taking to the stage in Tamworth, Parramatta, Woolongong and Orange in New South Wales.
Canberra fans will also be treated to a concert by the legendary rockers before they head to Sirromet Wines in Mount Cotton for their only Queensland show at a day on the green.
All of the Cold Chisel concerts will feature some massive supports acts, with Paul Kelly, Hoodoo Gurus, Birds of Tokyo, Kasey Chambers, Troy Cassar-Daley and Magic Dirt all set to perform at various shows across the country.
“We knew that if we were going to get the band back together for another full tour it would have to be something really special,” Barnes said.
“We wanted great line-ups and unusual places so that people would remember these gigs for a long, long time.”
The Blood Moon 2020 pre-sale begins at 2pm local time on Wednesday, October 16, with general public tickets available from 11am Monday, October 21.
