Aussies hoping for a miracle on fifth and final day of first test

The Aussie cricketers are chasing an improbable 539 runs as they return to the crease at WACA for the fifth and final day of their test against South Africa.

They’ll resume at 4-169, with high hopes for Usman Khawaja who’s not out for 58, and allrounder Mitch Marsh on 15.

Paceman Peter Siddle says this partnership is going to deliver big results for the home side, in their hopes of an unlikely comeback.
