Look out Australia, Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins is officially the new Bachelor and is about to bring a whole lot of laughs to your living room.
The 30-year-old rugby star, known for his Aussie slang and humour, was officially confirmed as the new leading man of the hit channel 10 dating show on Wednesday night.
It follows weeks of speculation about who was going to take on the role and comes following Sophie Monk’s successful-rating season last year.

“We are delighted that Nick has agreed to be Australia’s next Bachelor,” Network Ten Executive Producer of The Bachelor Australia, Hilary Innes said.
“He will bring a refreshing, honest and cheeky energy to season six.
“On top of all his incredible achievements, he is both loveable and surprising. I know he will be a phenomenal Bachelor.”
