Australian iPhone users among 225,000 people targeted by hackers
AUSTRALIAN iPhone users have been targeted by hackers who attacked more than 225,000 iPhones.
Reports suggest the hackers targeted “jail-broken” iPhones, which are phones modified to run apps not sanctioned by Apple.
The hack was discovered by a Chinese website called Weiphone who said the hackers used malware called KeyRaider.
iPhone users in 18 countries including France, Australia, and the United States have been affected.
